I think that every healthy and long lasting relationship needs to possess a steady dose of romance.
We all know that it takes a little bit of time and effort, but the benefits of a great loving and mutual relationship are obvious.
I hope you’ll be able to use some of these romantic verses to spice up your relationship a little bit. Often times, it doesn’t take that much, just a little bit of creativity, along with a few words from the heart.
The goal behind these was to keep them short, cute, and effective. May love and romance always be a big part of your life.
It Doesn’t Take Much
It doesn’t take much,
for my whole world to shine.
My heart is so loved,
it’s glad you are mine.
The very first time,
you made my heart melt.
It happened so suddenly,
when your lips, I first felt.
It doesn’t take much,
to notice with my eyes.
Your natural beauty,
consumes heavens skies.
It radiates through my skin,
and so deep to my core.
Like the sun and the waves,
as we lay by the shore.
It doesn’t take much,
for my whole world to shine.
Our young sweating hearts,
we shall always combine.
by Martin Dejnicki
If you’re truly in love with someone, it doesn’t take much to enter a place of joy, bliss, and romance. That was the message behind the first one.
If you’d like, you could surprise that special lady in your life with the next verse. It’s meant to be romantic in a deeper sense or level.
Waiting For Your Voice
Waiting for your voice,
is the life in my veins.
Each word that you speak,
dissolves all my pains.
Infinite anticipation,
as they leave your kind lips.
I savour the sounds,
in precious short sips.
The land of my soul,
they find and instantly enter.
where your temple resides,
on an island in the center.
This is where I go,
to give thanks and to praise.
The words that we’ve shared,
during all of our days.
Your temple of words,
I’m bound to protect.
It’s our growing story,
that will forever connect.
But there’s never enough,
for some call it greed.
Waiting for your voice,
my soul it shall feed.
by Martin Dejnicki
I’m not sure whether it turned out as romantic as I wanted it to. You be the judge of that.
Alright, so the next one is meant to be shared with him. I’m thinking I should probably mention some masculine characteristics, in order to make it effective. Let’s see what we’ll come up with. Enjoy!
Passion and Desire
That look in your eyes,
I passionately desire.
Filled with pure lust,
that burns just like fire.
I tingle with sheer excitement,
as you approach where I’m sitting.
All of my thoughts,
my eyes are admitting.
Your warm breath,
surrounds my naked neck,
As you take your time,
and offer much more than a peck.
In the most sweetest dance,
our belonging bodies embrace.
Where tongues tangle freely,
and mutually chase.
The desire in your heart,
I feel through your chest.
Our remaining obstacle,
the fact that we’re dressed.
Then, I wake from my day dream,
in the distance you stare.
I’m smiling and waiting,
as I play with my hair.

This one focused on the physical aspects of romance. Which is completely opposite from the previous poem.
