Today I’ll write a 50th anniversary poem for all those happily married couples that managed to get along and stay together for 50 long years. That’s a huge accomplishment in my view. Not only does a couple need to love each other very much to reach this milestone, but they also need to remain healthy enough and actually manage to live to that ripe old age of 80+ (unless of course they get married in their 20s).

Remembering all our friends' birthdays is often a challenge. Doesn't it seem like it's someone's birthday pretty much every week? Well, I'm not complaining, because I love parties/gatherings.

Here’s a little rhyming poem that I wrote for all those shy children out there. I know I was a pretty shy kid when I was growing up, so I could relate to how shy kids feel. They may feel isolated and afraid in certain situations.
